[dns-stats-users] DNS-STATS Compactor 0.11.0-rc1 release

Hi all,

We are pleased to announce the first release candidate for the DNS-STATS
Compactor version 0.11.0 release.

Updates:
* Add (experimental) pseudo-anonymisation of output to inspector.
* CBOR - use definite-length items where possible.
* Small packet receive optimisation.
* Improve detection of malformed EDNS0.
