[dns-stats-users] DNS-STATS Compactor 0.11.1-rc1 release

Hi all,

We are pleased to announce the first release candidate for the DNS-STATS
Compactor version 0.11.1 release.

Updates:
* Enable use with libtins v4.0.
* Fix potential (but never seen) segfault in response matching.
* Check for required tools in test scripts and skip test if not found.
