The problem is the libtins version. The github source is heading towards
a 4.0 release, and as part of that transition from the current release
version 3.5 a parameter has been removed from
Tins::PDU::write_serialization(). I guess breaking stuff in a new major
version is allowed :-)

When libtins 4.0 is released, or close to release, I'll have to figure
out a workaround. In the meantime, please can you check out the v3.5 tag
in your libtins git repo and build that version?
