[dns-stats-users] DNS-STATS Compactor 1.1.0 release

Hi all,

We are pleased to announce the release of DNS-STATS Compactor version
1.1.0.

This release is the first production update to version 1.0.

Updates since 1.0.0:
* Add an implementation-specific C-DNS field to each block header recording
  the time the block rolls over. A new section in .info files reports the
  time range covered by a C-DNS file.

Updates since 1.1.0~rc1: None.
